Job Summary

As a Korean Bilingual CSR, you will be the primary contact for Korean-speaking customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and sales in both Korean and English.
  • Handle product inquiries, sales, order statuses, and issue resolution professionally.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document customer interactions accurately using CRM systems.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles preferred, particularly handling a retail and sales account.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with shifting schedules
