Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Iloilo. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. Key tasks include providing timely and accurate responses, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions. The role involves collaborating with team members and utilizing tools and resources to meet performance goals consistently.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

  • Equipped with a High School Diploma.

Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism in addressing customer needs.

  • Ability to deliver high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience through excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service Representatives responsibilities and a customer-first approach.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not required.
