Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our customer support team. This role requires handling inbound inquiries and providing solutions.
Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)
Location: Taguig, Metro Manila
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates.
Experience: Open to fresh graduates. No experience required.
Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office navigation.
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and chats promptly.
- Resolve product, billing, or service complaints efficiently.
- Guide users through basic technical troubleshooting steps.
- Update customer information accurately in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Meet daily performance targets and quality benchmarks.
