Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the link between the Customer Service Head and potential clients.
Organizes and maintains a complete and updated client records of old, existing, and new clients both in soft and hard copies.
Obtains and evaluates relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries of the customers; analyses information and recommend corrective actions.
In consultation with the Customer Service Head, provides timely solutions to customer queries and ensures accuracy of information.
Creates a monitoring system to track customer inquiries and complaints and determine reasons for speedy or delays in action.
Ensures high level of customer service by coordinating meetings with clients and timely response of inquiries/complaints.
Prepares letters/communication to clients.
Helps the Customer Service Head in preparing reports and statistics related to Customer Service function by collecting data from production, management, Accounting Department, Trucking and Clients.
Regularly touches base with current clients by gathering feedback in order to improve quality service, productivity, and profitability.
Assists the Customer Service Head in the implementation of customer service strategies to improve quality service, productivity, and profitability.
Maintains accurate and proper records of all the transactions/sales/complaints/ orders/cancellations/ client contracts/correspondences/minutes of discussions or meetings that have taken place.
Performs other tasks as may be needed from time to time.
Preparation of Cost Estimate for Trucking KM + Toll
Coordination with Business Development for future leads and / or other tasks
Helps in Preparation of Mancom Report
Will handle specific clients AMC, URC, Reckitt & Golden ABC
Job Specification or Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Preferably 1-2 years experienced employees specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
