Job Description

About the Role

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing and ensuring customer satisfaction through various channels such as via phone, email and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chats.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 9 months customer facing experience in any field or industry
  • Open for 2nd year completed in college with minimum 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Good communication skills
  • We are also accepting Senior High School Graduate with minimum of 12 months BPO working experience
