Customer Service Representative
Salary Range - $520 to $693 per month

What You'll Do:
- Manage daily order sheets in Google Sheets, ensuring every order is processed accurately and fully completed.
- Submit customer orders to third-party vendors, including uploading images and verifying shipping details.
- Track shipments, update tracking numbers, and notify customers of delivery or pickup status via email and phone (about 510 calls on busy days).
- Handle customer inquiries about order status, pricing, shipping changes, and additional services, including sending payment links when needed.
- Coordinate with in-store staff via WhatsApp to confirm completion and resolve discrepancies.
- Submit vendor support tickets for damaged or incomplete orders and follow through until replacements are resolved.
- Assist with backend systems such as VoIP setup, SIP porting, and 3CX (or similar), including coordinating with providers to configure and port numbers.
- Update website content and maintain backend information accuracy.
- During slower retail periods, perform light data entry and follow up with warm inbound loan leads using provided scripts (no cold calling).
