IdeasUnlimited is currently looking for Customer Support Representatives to work on our project campaigns.As a company, we offer stable positions with timely payment, long-term contracts, and a professional environment to grow and excel.
Pay:16,000.00 - 19,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer or technical support.
- Prior experience with phone, email and chat support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and online communication tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
- Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
Important:
- We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
- The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams - On Site and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
- If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
