Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Tarlac. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional service, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, handling complaints, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing customer interactions effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related field is preferred
