ROLE OVERVIEW

This remote, day-shift role requires you to maintain a consistent brand voice while monitoring social engagement and collaborating with other departments to refine customer experiences.

You will proactively identify trends and concerns through interactions on multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Amazon. Your agility in handling multiple online platforms will aid in providing strategic insights to internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Your expertise will also be pivotal in assisting with the management of high-risk orders and contributing to the ongoing improvement of Help Center resources. Expect an engaging work environment that values cross-departmental synergy to achieve customer service excellence.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Advanced experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or CPG.
• Mastery of tools like Gorgias, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Okendo.
• Strong written communication skills to effectively maintain the company's brand voice.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to navigate and manage multiple platforms effortlessly.
