Job Description

As a German Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you are the key link between our company and our German-speaking clientele. Your goal is to provide world-class support in both German and English, ensuring that language is never a barrier to a great customer experience. You will handle inquiries with cultural nuance and technical accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Multilingual Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both fluent German and English.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and solve customer issues—ranging from account management and billing to technical troubleshooting—efficiently and accurately.
  • Cultural Ambassadorship: Communicate with the specific etiquette and professional tone expected in German-speaking markets (DACH region).
  • Translation & Documentation: Assist in translating or proofreading internal templates and help articles to ensure they remain relevant for German users.
  • Case Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring follow-ups are handled within our promised timelines.
  • Feedback Loop: Identify recurring issues reported by German-speaking customers and share those insights with the product team to improve the overall service.
