Core Responsibilities
- Multilingual Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both fluent German and English.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and solve customer issues—ranging from account management and billing to technical troubleshooting—efficiently and accurately.
- Cultural Ambassadorship: Communicate with the specific etiquette and professional tone expected in German-speaking markets (DACH region).
- Translation & Documentation: Assist in translating or proofreading internal templates and help articles to ensure they remain relevant for German users.
- Case Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring follow-ups are handled within our promised timelines.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring issues reported by German-speaking customers and share those insights with the product team to improve the overall service.
