Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the procurement process, including vendor and SKU set-up, soliciting quotes, and executing purchase orders
- Communicating with suppliers to track order confirmation and key PO milestones, resolve issues, consolidate invoices and PMTs, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Supporting logistics activities such as shipment tracking, customs clearance and transportation coordination
- Assisting in monitoring inventory levels and safety stock, and reconciling various discrepancies
- Performing data input and cleaning and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities
- Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and finance, to support supply chain initiatives and projects
- Participating in special projects as assigned by the Global Supply Chain Manager or other members of the supply chain team
Work Schedule
- This position requires working the graveyard shift.
Ideal Candidate

- An associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the supply chain team.
