Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the frontline support for our clients and customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Target Start Date: August 10, 2026

Critical Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or e-commerce environment
  • Proven ability to handle multi-channel support (chat, email, messaging, voice)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues independently and make sound decisions without rigid scripts
  • Experience in identifying process gaps or customer friction points and proposing improvements
  • Track record of using data or feedback to drive better customer outcomes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that embraces change, ambiguity, and experimentation
  • Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to quickly establish rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in computer usage for various tasks.
  • Able to balance customer empathy with business acumen—not just solving issues but asking, How can we prevent this
  • Preferably residing in Metro Manila or nearby areas such as Quezon City or Rizal
