Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused and tech-savvy individuals to join our E-Signature Software support team. As a CSR/TSR, you will assist users with account inquiries, subscription concerns, and technical issues related to digital signatures, document workflows, and platform features.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat for users of the e-signature platform.
  • Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and product navigation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues such as document uploading, signing errors, verification problems, and integration concerns.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and ensure a smooth document signing experience.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when needed.
  • Educate customers about product features, best practices, and secure document handling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Salary Package: 22,000 28,000 (depends on related experience)

Qualifications

  • Senior High School Graduate
  • Completed 2nd year in college, or have at least completed 72 units / Bachelor's Graduate
  • At least 17 months CSR experience, either Voice, email, and chat; ideally from technical customer service accounts
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
