What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face and voice that helps customers with their questions and concerns.
- Create and manage customer cases, directing them to the right team for solutions.
- Handle basic accounting tasksupdating payments, processing invoices, and keeping things organized.
- Answer the incomming calls.
- Keep dispatch schedules on track by coordinating updates, pickups, and changes.
- Work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Stay on top of customer records, transactions, and resolutions.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required!).
- Experience in customer service, accounting, or dispatch coordination is a bonus.
- Strong multitasking skillsyou're the kind of person who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and learning new software.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Can work Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST schedule (Los Angeles time)
