Onsite | Full-time | Up to ₱26,000/month | No BPO Experience Required
Job DescriptionCaldwell Communications is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Non-Voice Account in Cebu City. Assist customers through online chat by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries through online chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- Good English communication and fast typing skills
- Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City and on shifting schedules
- Up to ₱26,000 monthly basic salary
