We're looking for Cantonese-speaking professionals to support our Healthcare account by providing accurate translation and communication assistance between patients, providers, and internal teams. Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (verbal & written)
- Background in BPO, translation, or interpretation is highly preferred
- Strong listening, comprehension, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and in shifting schedules
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines
