Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Review providers notes
Send reminders email via e-mail and SMS
Maintain accurate records on providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Making outbound calls to insurance company to follow-up on client status.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 months BPO experience
Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required
Must be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF to process documents
Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
Good verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shifts
