UAAGI Auto Group needs a Customer Service Representative (Automotive Sales)!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who can effectively engage with clients while driving automotive sales opportunities. This role combines exceptional customer service with sales skills to convert inquiries into successful vehicle purchases and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles or services
  • Actively promote automotive products, services, and ongoing promotions
  • Convert inquiries into sales by guiding customers through the buying process
  • Coordinate with the sales team for test drives, quotations, and closing deals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Handle customer concerns professionally while offering appropriate solutions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service (automotive sales industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required
  • Business proficient level English communication skills required

Working pattern and location:

  • Join Date:  ASAP
  • Employment Type: Full-time Employee
  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
  • Location: 133 Quezon Ave, District 1, Quezon City, Philippines
