Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls/messages to introduce and pitch company services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Communicate service value propositions clearly to generate interest
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Send confirmations and follow-up reminders
- Re-engage warm leads to maximize conversions
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable working night shift (8 hours)
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive and positive approach
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
