Customer Service– Reactive Maintenance (Up to 35K PHP | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid | Day Shift (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) | Monday–Friday

You own the defined operational outputs for reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring property integrity and functionality are consistently maintained for an Australian property portfolio. Your work follows established site protocols, global workflows, and coordination paths aligned with client expectations via the Link System.

This is not a reactive support role. You operate within clear scopes, manage high-volume maintenance queues, and are trusted to act decisively when property safety, security, or continuity is at risk. Best suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments, value high-precision accountability, and prefer clear expectations over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with property owners and tradespeople.
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities for handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exposure to overseeing repairs and maintenance projects is advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to work within a hybrid arrangement (WFH on Mondays and Fridays; onsite Tuesdays to Thursdays).

Responsibility Pillars

Maintenance Operations & Procurement

You own the heartbeat of the property—ensuring repairs are executed consistently and downtime is minimized.

  • Oversee reactive repairs and maintenance issues across the building portfolio
  • Execute procurement and contract management to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
  • Drive the success of planned maintenance schedules to prevent structural failures

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

You act as the central point for offshore delivery, ensuring all communication between owners and tradespeople is professional and timely.

  • Liaise with contractors to facilitate efficient and high-standard maintenance work
  • Execute timely updates to body corporate clients and property owners regarding progress
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all completed work and site interventions

Health, Safety & Risk Mitigation

You are accountable for the safety of the properties, ensuring hazards are addressed before they become liabilities.

  • Identify and mitigate potential health and safety hazards across all managed sites
  • Act as the escalation point for property security issues and emergency maintenance
  • Validate that all contractor work complies with established safety standards
