Role Description

The Sales Coordinator will manage and support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining customer records, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and providing timely customer service. The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Experience in sales or distribution is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus
