DEL MONTE PHILIPPINES, INC. is in need of a Customer Service & Order Management Manager.
This role will be located in Del Monte Plantation in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon
The Customer Service & Order Management Manager manages the overall activities in the Fresh Fruit Customer Service/ Order Management department to contribute to the profitability and growth of the company by efficiently liaising among the Commercial Managers, Fresh customers, and the Fresh organization on all information pertaining to orders, product flow, status of orders, cash flow/ receipt of payments, as well as maintain market information database containing market preferences, pricing, quality feedback and any other relevant information that will help develop market trends and ensure that the company's focus on customer satisfaction is consistently attained.
Key Responsibilities
- Fresh Order Management. Focuses on maintaining an efficient, relevant, and timely order to cash process for the Fresh business unit. Ultimately aims to ensure that customers experience a smooth, sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Fresh Customer Service. Ensures that Fresh customer interactions uphold the company's goal of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Claims Handling and Settlement. Ensures that all feedback and claims receipts from customers are acknowledged, aligns with Fresh QA on feedback/ claims receipts, claims validity, and traceability.
- Data analysis and preparation of department reports. Updates, analyses, and releases regular reports on Fresh performance per account and per market.
- Administrative and Other Functions. Oversees the administrative functions of the department covering budget preparation and monitoring, workload balancing and equity for the Customer Service/ Order Management team, office upkeep and housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-5 year college degree, preferably BS Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years at supervisory capacity
- Background in a manufacturing or agricultural company is an advantage, with experience in dealing with customers or external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Systematic and process oriented, critical thinker, displays healthy accountability, and good in decision making/ problem solving Can anticipate needs, relates well with all kinds of people and from different cultures
