Experience

  • A minimum of 2yrs Experience as Customer Service Team Leader is REQUIRED.
  • Longer experience is a plus.
  • Preferably with background in Gaming Industry is a plus
  • Preferably with Voice/Chat and Email Experience.

Required skills/abilities:

  • Willing and able to work on Shifting Schedule.
  • Willing to work in a Gaming Industry
  • Willing and able to work ONSITE / In-Office Daily.
  • Experienced in handling Voice/Chat and Email Line of Business.
  • Has deep understanding of Contact Center / Call Centers Customer Service.
  • Highly Motivated leader that believes in Coaching and Develop his/her team members to achieve exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong Communication skills both Written and Verbal on both English and Tagalog Language.
  • Ability to identify process improvements to achieve daily operational efficiency.
