As a Customer Service Officer, you will proactively resolve issues and support operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites and internal functions. This role is key to ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through active engagement, clear communication, and strong relationship-building.

What You'll Do

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately.
  • Communicate directly with customers and provide updates, delivery support, and logistics information.
  • Manage external customer cases using Dynamics CSMT.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate properly.
  • Maintain and update customer data and program information to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay informed of product knowledge and process changes to support continuous improvement.

Key Criteria


  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, and order processing.
  • Experience in SAP is a must.
  • Background in Offshore under Manufacturing or Supply chain industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and Word.
  • With Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Work Set Up


Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): In this role, you are required to work onsite during the 6-months probationary period, then shifts into a hybrid setup (depending on the performance), following Australian business hours: 6:00 AM3:00 PM Manila.
