We're looking for a Customer Service Manager who can lead a high-performing support team while ensuring that customer complaint handling and service processes remain efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the customer service team
• Manage escalations and improve service processes
• Monitor KPIs such as CSAT, response, and resolution times
• Ensure complaint handling aligns with Financial Consumer Protection Act (FCPA) and other regulatory standards

• Experience leading customer service teams
• Familiar with SEC regulations and Financial Consumer Protection Act
• Strong problem-solving and customer experience mindset
