We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our thriving operations in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time role will provide exceptional support to our valued travel clients, ensuring their queries and needs are handled promptly and professionally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate and helpful information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service
- Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team
