We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. As a Customer Service Representative for our Airline Account, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
This is a full-time position with a dayshift schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of airline-related topics
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or airline industry environment
- Predominantly Dayshift schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using various customer service software and computer applications
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
