Title: Customer Service Representative/Agent (Restaurant Order-Taking, USA account)
Location: Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
Requirements:
- 1 year CSR-BPO experience
- Customer-first mindset, strong communication and coordination skills
- English proficiency
- Willing to work in Upper McKinley (opp. Venice Grand Mall), BGC, Taguig, on night shift and shifting/flexible schedules
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proficient in computer operating systems and Office software.
- At least High School or College Level
- Can start immediately (Orientation & Training on March 4th Wednesday or 5th Thursday)
Role Responsibility:
- US Client, Voice service for ecommerce
- You will be talking to US customers handling and managing their orders and requests

- Hiring Process: 1-day Hiring process . Only 2 virtual/online interviews (usually between 2pm-10pm)
