Your Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator - Sales, you will:

  • Manage high-volume outbound communication, making 300+ dials per day to warm prospects and scheduling calls for the Account Management team.
  • Educate homeowners on product offerings, application processes, and pricing structures in a clear, professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, text, and chat to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop workflows, SOPs, and manuals for various projects and pilot programs.
  • Support team operations by filling out data dashboards, performing QA call audits, and assisting with new hire training/shadowing.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 2+ years of customer service experience specifically within Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound/inbound communication (Phone, Email, Chat).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent business-to-consumer (B2C) written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced Call Center environment.
  • Direct experience with Mortgage or HELOC products.
  • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role with high empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to non-scripted scenarios.
  • Experience in lead distribution and application status tracking.
