The Customer Service Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and tenants, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining smooth front desk operations while upholding SM's standards of service, security, and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and administrative support by processing permits, passes, IDs, and distributing documents to concerned personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, contact details, and agency forms for smooth mall operations.
- Deliver quality customer service through prompt handling of calls, inquiries, and coordination of mall activities and events.
- Ensure compliance and organization by following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and safeguarding confidential information.
- Pursue continuous learning through training, career development initiatives, and participation in talent development programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in Business, Hospitality, or related fields).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
