Duties and Responsibilities:
- To handle and address internal and external customer's daily inquiries, requests, and concerns (IRCs) through different channels such as emails, calls, and walk in clients in a timely manner; and
- To prepare Request for Special Approval with corresponding history and status of accounts needed for the evaluation of the Approving Heads/Officers.
Qualifications
- With at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Relations/Service in the real estate industry
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- Knowledgeable on different MS Office applications
- With good communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
