Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To handle and address internal and external customer's daily inquiries, requests, and concerns (IRCs) through different channels such as emails, calls, and walk in clients in a timely manner; and
  • To prepare Request for Special Approval with corresponding history and status of accounts needed for the evaluation of the Approving Heads/Officers.

Qualifications

  • With at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Relations/Service in the real estate industry
  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • Knowledgeable on different MS Office applications
  • With good communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
