Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager of Customer Service, based in Quezon City. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, address client concerns, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. They will also analyze customer feedback to improve processes, collaborate with other departments to enhance customer support strategies, and lead training sessions for the customer service team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support strategies
  • Experience in Customer Service Management and team leadership
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and process improvement
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle client inquiries effectively
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving organizational goals
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within customer service or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage
