Customer Service and Sales Representative

Peak Outsourcing is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative, and you could earn up to 42,000 with 15,000 Sign-On Bonus! The Customer Service and Sales Representative play a critical role in supporting daily sales and customer service operations. This position is responsible for assisting customers with order placement, generating sales through proactive communication, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is assertive, persuasive, and customer-focused, with a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in placing orders through various sales channels.
• Drive sales by initiating and maintaining communication with existing, new, and potential clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Report daily productivity to your immediate supervisor.

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 1 year of inbound customer support and sales experience in a BPO setting.
• Experience in chat support is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounts such as US Tax, e-commerce, and US Retail is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Available to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
