Job Description

As a Financial Tech Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting financial products to both new and existing clients. Your main goal is to build relationships, identify customer needs, and offer the best financial solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently
- Promote and upsell financial products or services to potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide accurate product information and assist clients with inquiries
- Maintain positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account processing and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate / Old Curriculum High School Graduate
- With At least 12 months of call center experience
- College Graduate must have at least 6 months of call center experience
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry accepted)
Compensation & Benefits
- 30,000 Basic Salary + 2,000 Allowance + 30,000 Sign-In Bonus

- HMO on Day 1 (extendable to up to 3 dependents)
