Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Agent with strong technical troubleshooting experience to support operations in the refrigerated container (reefer) industry. No prior refrigeration experience is required—full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot system and equipment issues using structured problem-solving
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Interpret alarms and system messages
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Accurately document cases in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have:

  • Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge
  • Experience in logistics, industrial, or equipment support
