Responsibilities

You will be performing the following duties:

  • Acting as a source of information for current and prospective customers by answering inbound product queries
  • Processing customer orders, opening accounts and recording sale information
  • Resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues of concern, choosing the best course of action and explaining it
  • Preparing product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Such other services as may be required from time to time
