We are looking for a Customer Sales Engineers.

Job Description:

The HMB Customer Sales Engineer shall perform all activities necessary to processing of service applications, concerns management, customer and stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure the efficient and timely processing of Service Applications in the assigned Business Center to meet evolving industry and customer needs
• Conduct initial site inspection
• Coordinate with internal service provider for the customer proposal
• Create system record
• Create Service Technical Assessment document
• Issue meter base
• Prepare and generate notification letter
• Delivery notification letter
• Follow-up on customer requirements
• Provide after-sales support to address engineering concerns and miscellaneous customer requests.
• Offer energy solutions such streetlight installations, and other engineering-related activities.
• Handle customer accounts, conduct technical assessments, and coordinate with internal teams for project execution and regulatory compliance.
• Support strategic partnerships with LGUs and stakeholders and promote Meralco products and services
• Perform other activities as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• Proficient with MS Office Apps
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and adjust to project requirements
• Preferably with a driver's license
• Willing to be assigned in any business center within the Meralco franchise
