We're building a world-class sales engine and we're looking for a smart, structured Sales Assistant to support us in scaling faster and smarter.
What You'll Do
- Keep our Salesforce CRM clean, accurate, and always up to date
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales performance and campaigns
- Research ICPs, CPs, and key accounts and build smart outbound lists
- Automate repetitive tasks using Make.com, AI assistants, and native integrations
- Collaborate directly with the CRO and sales team on outreach campaigns and performance analysis
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
- Excellent command of Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Perplexity, etc.) for research and productivity
- Experience with Make.com or Zapier (building automations, integrations, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Apollo.io and outbound best practices
- Excellent written English
