- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales, business development, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with DOE, ERC, and Distribution Utility processes is an advantage.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and client-oriented.
