Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Services Representative role located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The representative's primary responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment within the mall premises, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring excellent customer experience through efficient and responsive service. The role also supports compliance, documentation, and customer complaint resolution to uphold service quality and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years work experience/s in the security industry
  • Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course
  • Basic knowledge in Emergency Response
  • Basic knowledge in computer programs
  • Certified Security professional is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
