Responsibilities:
Responsible for collaborating, overseeing and monitoring all related customer requirements to cross functional team.
Direct responsible individual (DRI) or liaison to assigned Customer.
Ensures that customer quality assurance services and final products meet and exceed customer expectations,
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Engineering course (ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical)
- At least with 1yr CQE or related working experience in Electronics or Semicon Industry
- Accustomed with Customer Specific Requirements.
- Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
- Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.
- Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
- Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantage
- Project Management experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantage
