About this opportunity:

We're seeking a forward-thinking Customer Project Manager (CPM) to join our team at Ericsson. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, customer centricity and strong leadership. The CPM will take responsibility for our Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) in execution and will maintain a data- and value-driven focus. This role ensures compliance with directives such as group, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security and privacy as well as to other relevant approved processes and tools. This role is crucial for carrying our projects through to fruition, providing significant value and benefits to our customers and contributing to the overall success of Ericsson.

What you will do:

  • Ensure pre-sales Contract For Resources (CFR) aligns with delivery capabilities.
  • Establish project plans for project approval and successful execution.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure sync throughout the execution phase.
  • Maintain financial performance for assurance of target unadjusted margin through delivery excellence within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage compliance with applicable directives to deliver within legislations without compromising people and environment.
  • Account for Data Accuracy, supporting conscientious reporting.
