UCT is looking for a talented Customer Program Spec I to join us in Philippines!

Job Summary

The Customer Program Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the company and its customers. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, including Account Executives, Program Management, the Quote Team, Configuration Engineers, Design Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers, to meet customer requirements, manage timelines, and resolve issues promptly. The Customer Program Specialist is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through accuracy, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving. Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer Portal, Customer Dashboards, scorecards weekly updates.
  • Occasional phone calls/emails with customer to provide commercial status.
  • Internal escalations to Supervisor upon recognition of mis-alignment of commercial dates and pricing.
  • Escalate to Supervisor any Customer blocks to accepting pricing change.
  • Obtain RFQ packages, missing quote information (drawings, specs., other) from Customers portal or via email.
  • Send the BOM to DE/ME for the make and buy coding.
  • Create M-quote and S-quote in InMind Portal.
  • Prepares quotes for review and approval and submits to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing changes as required by business process.
  • Analyze and optimize profit margins.

Qualifications

  • Fresh diploma or degree in engineering, business, or financial discipline or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in document control/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments and other groups to ensure that site On Time delivery and quality goals and objectives are met.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use ERP estimating systems such as SAP, InMind, MS Excel, Word, and Access.
