  • Prepare legal and operational documentation for dispute resolution
  • Manage highlevel customer escalations
  • Ensure alignment with PH consumer laws
  • Provide insights to reduce repeat issues and improve internal processes

Requirements

  • E-commerce background
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with PH consumer laws
  • Preferably with DTI mediation or disputehandling experience
