Brand Consistency and Compliance Oversight
Oversee the delivery of consumer-facing materials to follow brand guidelines and consistency across all public digital and physical consumer-facing channels.

- Close collaboration with Lending Department in managing Customer Journey Messaging
- Refine messaging in Pre-Sales customer touchpoints to reduce drop-off rate and increase customer engagement
- Develop communication strategies that address customer pain points and improve applicant engagement.
Marketing Content Performance and Insighting

Qualifications:
- At least3 years in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related industry
- With a strong track record in project management and content marketing (PR and startup experience preferred; fintech or media background is a plus)
- Experience in marketing performance analytics is essential, with a focus on driving digital consumer growth and enhancing customer experience.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and highly analytical, with proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and content marketing strategies across platforms.
- Knowledgeable about current trends and Gen Z personas, with experience in online community building and student-focused marketing initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
