Job Description

The Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will drive InvestEd's content strategy and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective engagement across all channels and end-to-end sales funnel stages, while optimizing marketing content performance metrics to influence customer acquisition and consumer growth.

Brand Consistency and Compliance Oversight

Oversee the delivery of consumer-facing materials to follow brand guidelines and consistency across all public digital and physical consumer-facing channels.

  • Oversee Branding Consistency across InvestEd owned public channels
  • Ensure accuracy of all data and figures published
  • Management of related external consultants and freelancers
  • Management of Ad Regulatory Compliances

Integrated Digital Brand Communication

  • Create Omnibus Content Media Strategies for Customer Acquisition
  • Management and creating Measurement Metrics for Media Marketing Performance
  • Development of Customer Media Ads - Storyboarding, Shoot oversight, production, management
  • Management of Content Marketing Budget

Pre-Sales Enablement - Content Performance

  • Close collaboration with Lending Department in managing Customer Journey Messaging
  • Refine messaging in Pre-Sales customer touchpoints to reduce drop-off rate and increase customer engagement
  • Develop communication strategies that address customer pain points and improve applicant engagement.

Marketing Content Performance and Insighting

  • Ownership, Management and Reportorial of Marketing Metric Performance Trackers
  • Management and Reportorial of Marketing Costs
  • Management of External Insights Partners and Consultants associated with gathering Market Insights
  • Co-lead Marketing Insight Projects
  • Co-lead in Consumer-related Growth Projects

Qualifications:

  • At least3 years in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related industry
  • With a strong track record in project management and content marketing (PR and startup experience preferred; fintech or media background is a plus)
  • Experience in marketing performance analytics is essential, with a focus on driving digital consumer growth and enhancing customer experience.
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and highly analytical, with proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and content marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about current trends and Gen Z personas, with experience in online community building and student-focused marketing initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
