The Customer Experience Manager (Clinic) is responsible for enhancing client interactions and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from consultation to post-treatment care. This role focuses on implementing customer-centric strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. Strong leadership skills, a passion for the aesthetics industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential in this position.
- Design and implement strategies to improve the overall client journey, from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Develop personalized client engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to implement service improvements.
- Streamline front-desk and appointment processes to minimize wait times and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a luxurious and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and improve response times for client inquiries across all communication channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in client interactions.
- Train and mentor front-desk and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop scripts, protocols, and guidelines for handling client interactions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address service updates and improvements.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client experience management, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or luxury service industry.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to analyze client feedback and implement service improvements.
- Understanding of the aesthetic/medical spa industry is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
