Job Description

The Customer Experience Manager (Clinic) is responsible for enhancing client interactions and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from consultation to post-treatment care. This role focuses on implementing customer-centric strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. Strong leadership skills, a passion for the aesthetics industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential in this position.

  • Design and implement strategies to improve the overall client journey, from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Develop personalized client engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to implement service improvements.
  • Streamline front-desk and appointment processes to minimize wait times and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a luxurious and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and improve response times for client inquiries across all communication channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in client interactions.
  • Train and mentor front-desk and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop scripts, protocols, and guidelines for handling client interactions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address service updates and improvements.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client experience management, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or luxury service industry.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to analyze client feedback and implement service improvements.
  • Understanding of the aesthetic/medical spa industry is a plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation,
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, as per clinic requirements.
