Position: Customer Care Specialist
Location: MoA, Two Ecom, MOA, Pasay, Philippines
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will:
  • Verify patient eligibility and benefits with various health insurance providers.
  • Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage and document data accurately.
  • Provide professional customer service, maintaining a positive and knowledgeable attitude during communication.
  • Document comprehensive Medical Chart Notes and update patient records precisely in the system.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing activities to achieve results and meet strict deadlines.
What You Need: Non-negotiables
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency and comfort using email transmission and internet navigation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Health Insurance policies and guidelines.
  • Exceptional at multitasking, time management, and being highly organized.
  • Ability to work efficiently both alone and as a cohesive team member.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Knowledgeable and trained for ICD-10 and HCPCS coding.
  • Familiarity with home medical equipment and industry terminology.
  • Prior experience in an Insurance Verification or Medical Billing role.
  • Experience using standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer, and phone).
  • Excellent writing skill, being flexible and highly trainable.
