Job Description

  • Promptly handle customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or letter, and provide immediate services in established procedures
  • Manage all customer phone calls and provide information on various available products and associate pricing in the same way
  • Process sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, credit memos, statement forms, and other sales discounts
  • Maintain an awareness of all product details, information, and promotions
  • Maintain, update, and keep track of customer transactions and issues
  • Conduct a full range of moderate to complex clerical tasks, which include but are not limited to document filing

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business or medical-related course
  • At least six months of working experience in telemarketing or as a pharmacy assistant
  • Experience in sales, either as a sales representative or in a related role, is highly beneficial
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, SAP, Odoo, or other relevant tools
